According to the contract, the companies will exchange know-how technologies and setup tight cooperation in development of new products. POLYTEDA Software Corporation provides EDA solutions in area of microchip packaging and 3D system level microelectronic designs. The products of POLYTEDA compliment IC design tools from General Design Systems. The cooperation between two companies will give advantage in adjustment on early stages of the product development for easy integration of packaging and silicon design tools and addressing design issues between silicon and packages.
